Art Deco mantel clock Amazone signed by Georges Lavroff, Russian sculptor ca. 1930

Outspoken Art Deco design in this Marble mantelclock signed by George Lavrof , a Russian sculptor known for his animal sculptures. It shows a reclining Amazone pointing her arrow. Note how the sculptor signed this work on the back of her folded left hand foot.

Dimensions: H23 W51 D11 cm.
In original condition: the clockwork needs to be cleaned. The minute- hand and the tip of the arrow are missing.
